Mozarts Flötenuhrstücke jeweils zweimal, ohne die Eingriffe bisheriger Ausgaben: als Partitur nach der Neuen Mozart-Gesamtausgabe, und als orgelgerechte Spielfassung, mit der Freiheit des Spiels aus den Partituren. Der Textband beschreibt das außergewöhnliche Umfeld der Stücke, berücksichtigt bisherige Forschungen und gibt Anregungen und Hilfestellungen zur Wiedergabe.

Mozart’s flute clock pieces twice each, without the alterations found in previous editions: first, the score based on the Neue Mozart-Ausgabe, taking all sources into account; and second, a version adapted for the organ which also allows the freedom of performing from the open scores. The text volume describes the extraordinary context of the pieces, takes account of previous research, and offers suggestions and guidance on how to perform them.
